Flatbread Mini Pizzas with Five Topping Ideas

  • Ingredients

    1x Chorizo (thinly sliced)
    250g Mexican Shredded Cheese Blend
    400g Pizza Sauce
    1x Packet Sonora Foods Flatbread Sliders
    10g Oregano (dried)

    Method

    Preheat over to 180°.

    Meanwhile, put a spoon full of pizza sauce onto your flatbread and using the back of the spoon spread to cover. Place your sliced chorizo and cover with a small hand full of cheese. Top it with a sprinkle of oregano and bake in over for 12-15 mins or until the cheese is golden brown.

    400g Pizza Sauce
    1x Packet Sonora Foods Flatbread Sliders
    10g Oregano (dried)

    400g Pizza Sauce1x Packet Sonora Foods Flatbread Sliders
    1x tbsp Olive Oil

    Method

    Meanwhile, put a spoon full of pizza sauce onto your flatbread and using the back of the spoon spread to cover. Place your prosciutto, feta cheese and bake in over for 12-15 mins or until the cheese is golden brown.

    Top it with rocket and a drizzle of olive oil.

    400g Pizza Sauce
    1x Packet Sonora Foods Flatbread Sliders
    1x tbsp Olive Oil

    Method

    Preheat over to 180°.

    Meanwhile, put a spoon full of pizza sauce onto your flatbread and using the back of the spoon spread to cover. Place your salami (halved), feta cheese and bake in over for 12-15 mins or until the cheese is golden brown.

    Top it with sweet basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
